The majority of your responsibilities will include start-to-finish customer service working one-on-one with individual clients to design and execute their ideal travel itineraries; we also occasionally ask that you are available to visit Kuoda destinations and familiarize yourself first-hand with the services we offer. This may include, but is not limited to, gourmet meals, adrenaline-filled activities, community visits, hotel stays, and generally learning about the best of South American travel live and in-person! RESPONSIBILITIES: • Design, craft, and curate high-end travel itineraries for discerning and experienced travelers. • Maintain excellent & fluid client communication throughout entire sales process (pre- to post-travel) via email, phone, and digital media. • Share your destination expertise passionately and create a story that ignites excitement through a warm phone presence and professional email communications. • Calculate and produce error-free price quotes. • Demonstrate encyclopedic knowledge of all Kuoda destinations. • Collaborate closely with all Kuoda members, especially Operations, to ensure seamless client travel experiences. QUALITIES: • At least 1-2 yrs. consultative sales experience. • Ideal candidates have previously worked in a luxury tour sales environment. • Experience in South American or Luxury travel industries a plus. • Motivated and determined to meet and exceed annual sales goals. • Ability to problem-solve independently in a timely manner. • Demonstrate excellence in proactive customer service. • Impeccable attention to detail.
