REQUISITOS: • Profesional en Ingeniería de Industrias Alimentarias, Microbiología, Ingeniera Industrial, Ingeniería Química, Bromatología y Nutrición o Nutrición. • Experiencia CERTIFICADA DE 02 AÑOS desempeñando el cargo de JEFE en ÁREA DE CALIDAD en servicio de alimentación colectiva (concesionarios de Alimentos), cadenas de restaurantes, industrias y plantas de alimentos. • Experiencia de 02 años en el cargo de JEFE DE CALIDAD en otros rubros. • Experiencia como Jefe de Calidad en servicio en Campamento minero o sitio remoto • Conocimientos en Sistema de Gestión de Calidad: HACCP, BPM, SSOP, ISO 9001. • Conocimiento y dominio en Ms. Excel – nivel Intermedio • Disponibilidad para laborar en Régimen 2 x 1 (28 x 14, 14 x 7 según operación). • Disponibilidad para laborar en CAMPAMENTO MINERO A NIVEL NACIONAL FUNCIONES: • Asesorar y dar soporte a los responsables de los contratos en la implementación y mantenimiento del Sistema del Aseguramiento de la Calidad e Inocuidad. • Verificar el cumplimiento del Sistema del Aseguramiento de la Calidad e Inocuidad, requisitos legales, estándares (BPM, SSOP, HACCP), y requisitos del contrato. • Gestión de documentos: revisión, modificación, impresión, distribución, custodia de registros (PCC, investigación de incidentes de Inocuidad) y retiro de documentos obsoletos, para la mejora continua. • Implementar el Comité de Calidad, programar reuniones mensuales para tratar problemas de riesgos: para la Calidad, inocuidad, proponer mejoras, generar actas de reunión e informar y hacer seguimiento de los acuerdos tomados. • Ejecutar y participar en las auditorias del Sistema del Aseguramiento de la Calidad e Inocuidad • Cumplir con el Plan de Calidad, campañas, simulacros y de capacitación anual, medir la efectividad y que el personal lleve las capacitaciones programadas, reforzar en puntos débiles de las inspecciones o auditorias. • Supervisar las diferentes actividades, detectar las no conformidades, riesgo, actos y condiciones para prevenir incidentes alimentarios, generar Claims o reportes de incidentes, reportar a la Gerencia de Calidad. • Gestionar las no conformidades del Sistema del Aseguramiento de la Calidad e Inocuidad, quejas y reclamos externas e Internas, plantear acciones correctivas cuando existan desviaciones, reportar a la Gerencia de Calidad.
